These Terms govern your use of ClinicOS. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
ClinicOS is a clinic management platform provided by BIT Information Technology, a company registered in Saudi Arabia (CR 7051291172).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must not use the service to engage in unlawful activity, infringe on third-party rights, or compromise the security of the platform or other users.
Subscriptions are billed in advance per the plan selected. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your clinic owns its data. We process it solely to provide the service. On termination, we provide an export and securely delete remaining copies per the DPA.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by Saudi law.
To the extent permitted by Saudi law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent Saudi courts.
