This Privacy Policy explains how BIT Information Technology ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use ClinicOS. We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the information you provide (name, clinic name, work email, phone, role). When you use ClinicOS, your clinic acts as the Data Controller for patient records; we act as the Data Processor.
We use marketing-form data to respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to send relevant product communications. We use platform data only to operate, secure, and improve the service as instructed by your clinic.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with vetted infrastructure providers under data-processing agreements, and only as needed to run the service.
Under PDPL, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection. To exercise these, contact privacy@bit-proclinic.com.
Marketing-inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Platform data is retained per the contract with your clinic, with secure deletion on termination.
