Every tax invoice carries the QR code, line-level VAT, and mandatory fields ZATCA requires — generated automatically from the encounter.
ZATCA Phase 2 (Integration) requires clinics to issue cryptographically signed e-invoices in real time and share them with ZATCA. Manual workflows or invoices issued from Word or Excel do not meet the requirement. ClinicOS generates compliant invoices in the moment of cashier payment.
Tax invoices include: seller VAT number, buyer info, line items with VAT-inclusive pricing, the 15% VAT breakdown, total in SAR, UUID, and a QR code that ZATCA validators can read.
Invoices are issued bilingually (Arabic + English) by default, with the PDF and email body both rendered in the appropriate languages.
Real-time submission to ZATCA via Fatoora API is on the immediate roadmap. ClinicOS already structures invoices in the schema ZATCA expects.
