Why we built ClinicOS

In 2024, the founders spent a year visiting clinics across Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, and Dammam. We sat with receptionists pulling paper files, watched cashiers reconcile cashboxes by hand, and listened to doctors complain about logging into three systems for one visit.

We came back convinced that Saudi clinics don't need another international platform translated into Arabic. They need a system designed around their day — NPHIES, ZATCA, CBAHI, walk-ins on Eid, and the receptionist who knows every patient by name.

ClinicOS is that system.

What we believe

1. Software should give time back, not take it. If a feature adds a second click, it should save five.

2. The Saudi healthcare context is not a bullet point — it is the starting point.

3. Data is the clinic's, never ours. Multi-tenant isolation is not a feature, it is a baseline.

4. We will say what we are not. We are not a hospital system. We are not CBAHI-accredited (CBAHI accredits facilities, not software). We are honest about both.
